Refund & Cancellation Policy
We would like to request our valuable customers to please read ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) Terms and Conditions very carefully before making a booking with ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED). Our Terms & Conditions will give you a complete understanding of your rights and responsibilities while booking a tour package with ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED). Making a reservation with ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED), you agree that you have read, understood and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions in ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED).
Payments:
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
Mode of Payment:
Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
• 31-44 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• 16-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• 0-15 days prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Deemed Cancellation:
Customer’s booking stands cancelled due to the non-payment of partial/ full tour price:
Customer’s are required to pay full tour payment at the time of booking/ 60 days/ 45 days prior to the tour departure date. If the payment is not received during the mentioned time frame, ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) reserves the right to cancel the booking without any written notification to the customer and forfeit the paid amount.
ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) will not refund any payment If any customer fails to join the tour on day one, it is termed as ‘No Show’ and will be treated as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) will not refund any payment If customer discontinues/ terminates the tour for any personal reason, it is termed as deemed cancellation and no refund will be applicable.
Terms & Conditions
Your contract in respect of your holiday is made with Explore Basket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) (‘the Company‘), registered in Maharashtra and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
All communications by the Company in relation to your holiday will be sent to the address stated on the booking form.
All bookings must be made through an authorized representative of the Company. At the time of booking the Company booking form must be completed and submitted together with a predetermined deposit for the total cost of the booking.
Receipt of the deposit and booking form by the Company does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking. No booking shall be confirmed until the Company issues a written notice. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking and shall in that event return any deposit received.
Your holiday must be paid in full at least 30 days before the departure date. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. The person who signs the booking form guarantees payment of the total amount shown on the booking form in accordance with these conditions. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure the Company receives payment in full by the due date. No reminders will be sent.
If you book within 30 days of your departure date payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
All special requests, such as dietary requirements, should be noted on the booking form.
The Company will provide the service as set out and confirmed in writing.
• In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
• Vehicle provided will be as per the itinerary and not at disposal. If a vehicle is used for shopping, visiting markets and restaurants other than mentioned in itinerary then there will be extra charges.
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to the availability of rooms.
• Guests needs to carry valid photo ID proof for each of the family members while travelling.
• Guests needs to be aware of the weather conditions of the place they are visiting and on booking, it is implied that the guest is aware.
• ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) do not promote any eateries or restaurants and it is upon the client to decide their location of food & drinks consumption.
• All special requests, such as dietary requirements, should be noted on prior basis.
• Explore Basket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a holiday.
• Explore Basket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.
• ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) does not own or manage the aircraft, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities used in conjunction with the tours arranged. While ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED)has exercised care in selecting providers of travel, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities, Explore Basket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) do not represent such aircraft, accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities and services have been inspected.
• Explore Basket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) regret that no refund will be made on unused tickets where travel, sporting event or other types of ticket, unless a refund can be obtained from the carrier or provider.
• You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, though an appropriate policy can be incorporated into your tour package. Details of all insurance policies held by each member of your party must be provided.
• Each member of the party must have a valid passport, visas and all necessary documentation for the countries they are touring. Explore Basket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) accept no responsibility for any delay or expense should your documents not be in order.
• You are responsible for checking-in for flights at the correct time and for presenting yourself to take up all pre-booked components of your holiday. Explore Basket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) cannot accept responsibility for clients missing flights as a result of late check-ins and no credit or refunds will be given if you fail to take up any component of your holiday. No credit of refunds will be given for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel documents.
• It is the responsibility of the person Booking to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that members of their party may have.
ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.
Your Eligibility
You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use ExploreBasket (JSRK TRIPCELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED) only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Your Responsibility
Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc. You herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.
